This photo was taken at the Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield Park. I(Sarah Barnaby) and my family visited the mountain on March 22, 2025 for a day trip. The battle of Kennesaw Mountain took place during the Atlanta campaign, which was a series of battles. The Union attacked the Confederate鈥檚 well armed聽post, and though the Confederates were defeated in this battle, the Union eventually claimed victory in the Civil War.
