- Open Mail from the Applications directory.
- If you do not immediately see a Welcome to Mail account creation screen, select Mail from the menu bar and then select Preferences.
- In the Internet Accounts window, select the Exchange button.
- Enter your southern.edu email account information in the appropriate fields and select sign in.
- Choose your desired applications to connect then click done.
