University Employees and Students

蜜桃av employees and students must complete the form below so we can run a Motor Vehicle Record check for insurance purposes. Drivers must have no more than (1) moving violation for speeding (15 mph or less over the posted limit) in the past three (3) years. Any violation exceeding 15 mph over the limit, or any speeding violation in a school or construction zone, will be considered a major offense and may disqualify the individual for 蜜桃av Adventist University.
